Organizational Learning    

Based on the teachings of W. Edwards Deming and Peter Senge, we use the double-loop learning model to design workshops that promote the principles of Personal Mastery and Team Learning.  Borrowing a page from our friends at 3 Circle Partners we deal with strategy, execution, and human interactions as a whole.  Regardless of the size or type of the organization, you need to know where you are going, what it takes to get there, and how to keep people engaged and enthusiastic about both the AIM and the process.

Our workshops are designed with your strategy as the basis.  We apply the tools that will take you from your current state to the desired state by giving your teams  insight into their own strengths and weaknesses, an appreciation for the system in which they are working,  and the ability to use the tools it takes to improve that system in order to execute the plans you've established to reach your strategic objectives.
