Honshin Kanri:  Strategy and Execution

Hosin Kanri is a highly disciplined methodolgy for strategic planning and execution.  It is designed to get the strategic plan into the hands of the people who will execute the plan.

We can help you design your strategic plan, your action plans, and guide you through the Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle (PDCA, sometimes called the Deming or Shewhart Cycle).  You will learn to build effective plans, and how to improve them based on what you find from PDCA.

You cannot separate strategy and execution and you cannot be effective in either without understanding the interactions.  We teach and use Hoshin Kanri, as we do everthing in The Group, as an element of the system, in order to "Improve constantly, and forever, the system of production, service, and planning of any activity. This will improve quality and productivity and thus constantly decrease costs." (Point 5 of Deming's 14 Points)
